ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

The production plant is designed to carry out continuous rainwater collection in which it is filtered, recycled and supplied to all its machinery.

The DTP (Limpid Water Glass) system filtrates reclaimed water that comes from the factory flows channels. Reclaimed water is pumped into a tank, which is micro-filtrated flow, resulting in clear water. Then clear water flows back through a distribution ring to be reused by its machinery, and this cycle starts all over again. We partner with companies who are environmentally responsible and this plant is surrounded by a diversity of local plants and trees; with these efforts, we can maintain our commitment to the environment.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

We offer prices DDP (Delivery and Duty paid / door to door delivery). We can adjust to any incoterm needed. We have a specific team specialized in logistics and delivery coordination with customers. There are different options for shipping, always using as primary freight mode: ocean freight. Ocean Freight can be complemented by inland freight by truck or rail to get to the final destination. Our main shipping port is Progresco, located 35 minutes away from the Conkal Plant in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, but we do have the ability to ship via Puerto Morelos in Quintana Roo.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Packaging Our glass is stored and transported in a Steel A frame. Before loading the material to the container the glasses get sticked with a packing list that shows the glass contained in the rack making it easy to search and identify. Each glass is divided one to another by small
pieces of foam, paper or cartoon to avoid any
kind of scratch or breakage, once the order of
glass is completely placed in the A Frames it is
covered with stretch wrap in order to stick
everything to the rack.
